Your key responsibilities include:

·  In our dual-brand hotel, you will be a specialist  in exceptional and upscale service and, together with your team, create unforgettable moments for our guests
·  You will lead the shifts in our upscale steak restaurant and be responsible  for a smooth service process 
·  As a specialist in your field, you know what our guests want and have the right feeling for the perfect atmosphere
·  You will ensure guest and sales-oriented service  and look after the department taking into account profitability
·  In case of special requests or guest complaints , you are the contact person  and ensure a quick solution

Be able.

·  You have excellent expertise in coffee and tea preparation as well as the food offer.
·  You have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel or restaurant industry or have already gained several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
·  You have experience in a similar position and want to successfully implement the above points.
·  You keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
·  You are characterized by your communicative nature and you feel comfortable in both German and English, any other foreign language is an advantage.
