As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will help lead daily operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences, ensure smooth service execution, and foster an engaging and motivated team environment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

·  Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring all service standards are consistently met.
·  Lead by example and assist associates during service to maintain a hands-on and guest-focused approach.
·  Implement and uphold all White Lodging Way (WLW) training, certification materials, and scenography standards.
·  Monitor dining times, seating rotations, and shift capacities to ensure smooth operations.
·  Schedule and manage associates according to staffing guides and forecasts.
·  Maintain accurate associate documentation, performance reviews, and REX/RAP evaluations.
·  Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of hospitality through consistent communication and coaching.

What You’ll Bring

·  Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant.
·  Strong organization, planning, and team development skills.
·  Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS systems.
·  Excellent customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
·  Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds and move between hot and cold environments as needed.
·  College degree preferred.
