The London EDITION is looking for its next Reservations Manager!

We are looking for a driven, diligent and friendly Reservations Manager to join the team at The London EDITION hotel.

As Reservations Manager you will be responsible for:

·  Working with the Director of Revenue Management and Director of Sales & Marketing to develop strategic action plans for the management of both transient and group revenue
·  Evaluating requirements of the Reservations Department and prepare work schedules, adhering to budget goals and market demand
·  Fostering relationships and a positive culture to build effective team that is committed to organizational goals and initiatives
·  Managing inventory across the hotel and ensures maximization of revenue opportunities
·  Celebrating successes and publicly recognizing the contributions of team members

·  Has previous reservation experience in a Five Star/Luxury Hotel
