The London EDITION is looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our HR team.

Do you have a passion for recruitment? Are you an experienced hospitality recruiter? Are you looking for a new challenge?

As Recruitment Officer you will play a key role in driving and coordinating the talent acquisition strategy to achieve and exceed goals that are outlined in the Employee Experience Business Plan. We are looking for you to take a proactive role in recruitment and work with Departmental Managers on a daily basis.

Day-to-day responsibilities of the Recruitment Officer will include:

• Monitoring and screening all CVs that are received and forward to the appropriate Hiring Manager.
• Build and maintain key relationships with all relevant Hiring Managers by meeting regularly to discuss recruitment updates and hiring needs.
• Seek new strategies to locate quality candidates for the hotel.

• You will track and monitor time to fill and identify hiring trends.

• You will be responsible for ensuring all job requisitions are completed and stored appropriately for all live vacancies in the job requisition folder as per HR audit requirements.
• Assist Hiring Manager with scheduling or conducting interviews when and where applicable.
• Plan and coordinate hiring days with the Hiring Manager
• Check assessment scores for all candidates when the position falls into the assessment scope.
• Execute a proactive recruitment approach to include new employee searches, competitor research and external networking.
• Ensures all reference checks are completed for new hires and background checks where applicable.
• Develop new and build on existing relationships with Colleges and Universities in both the UK and abroad; to include but not limited to attending career fairs & delivering presentations to students.
