POSITION SUMMARY
【 Purpose of Role 】
1.Ensure received goods are of correct in specification, quality and quantity, and matches purchase order.
2.Ensure received beverage and food goods are stored in a hygienic and orderly manner.
3.Update user department and Purchasing the status of daily goods received, returned, exchanged, and/or unqualified in timely manner.
4.Complete required receiving records for goods received and update GoldenUp Purchasing system where necessary timely.
5.Arrange for received goods to be stored in storeroom or collected by departments.
6.Supervise/ coach Receiver with Level 2 and below on routine jobs.
【 Cast Key Responsibilities 】
1.Be present at B3 loading dock between 0830 – 1730 or 0900 - 1800 (per actual shift arranged) to receive deliveries from suppliers.
2.Ensure received goods specification and quantity matches purchase orders.
3.Examine/ test the percentage of ice contained for frozen seafood and ensure to match purchase order(s).
4.Inspect received goods for quality, status of package, and expiry dates follow standards for various products before accepting goods.
5.Return any unacceptable goods to supplier, update receiving records for returned goods, and advise user department or Purchasing for reorder.
6.I f official receipt is received with the delivery, check the item name, quantity, and amount agree with purchase order amount before accepting the official receipt; any difference found, the official receipt should be returned to supplier asap.
7.After all goods have been checked / received, provide supplier with 1 copy of signed goods received record. File other forms, purchase order and supplier official receipt (if any) to confirm that items have been received.
8.Complete daily records input to GoldenUp purchasing system after all of daily goods are received, and forward signed receiving record, purchase order, delivery record, supplier official receipt and summary of goods received to Team Leader for review.
9.Ensure Receiving Dock is kept clean, tidy and hygienic; following Marriott and local standards.
10.Issue items to all departments following First In First Out principle and the quantities listed on approved store requisition form.
11.Ensure that store requisition forms are signed by authorized Talent Coach, and input the transactions to GoldenUp immediately.
12.Update GoldenUp beverage inventory system daily for goods received and issued from storeroom.
13.Inform Financial Controller and Cost Controller of any incidents of theft, breakage or obsolete / damaged stock.
