Position: Quality Intern (under the supervision of the Quality Manager)
Location: Renaissance Hotel - Marriott Brussels
Contract type: Internship
Duration: min. 6 months
Main Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the Quality Manager, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of quality within our hotel. Your tasks will include:
Feedback Analysis:
· Analyze feedback from Guest Satisfaction Surveys (GSS) and Glitches to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Presentation Preparation:
· Prepare the GSS results presentation for the management team and operational staff.
Improvement Areas Identification:
· Identify recurring trends and spot departments or services with potential for improvement.
Action Plan Development:
· Work on developing action plans by department to address the challenges identified.
Field Analysis:
· Go on-site to analyze current practices and identify which should be developed, improved, or eliminated.
Training Material Preparation:
· Participate in the creation of training materials on quality best practices for the teams.
Internal Communication:
· Regularly communicate with teams to raise awareness about quality issues through various formats.
Creation of a Quality Booklet:
· Develop a quality booklet outlining expectations by department, with one version for associates and another for managers.
Automation and GSS Figures Monitoring:
· Think about a method to make the daily reading and understanding of GSS figures an automatic habit for teams.
Candidate Profile:
· Student in business school, hospitality, quality management, or equivalent.
· Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
· Team player with good communication skills.
· Interest in the hospitality industry and quality management.
· Fluency in French and English is essential.
Desired Skills:
· Good command of Microsoft Office.
· Comfortable with both written and oral communication.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
