As Public Area Stylist, key aspects of your role will include:

·  Clean public and employee restrooms and showers
·  Clean glass in public and employee areas
·  Clean floors in public and employee spaces using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment
·  Clean bathrooms
·  Remove trash and empty ashtrays into proper containers
·  Inspect condition of furniture for tears, rips and stains and report damage 
·  Contact other departments directly for urgent repairs
·  Dust, polish and remove marks from walls and furnishings
·  Take ownership of guest issues and see them through to resolution
·  Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety protocols
·  Be a W brand ambassador, ensuring the brand’s voice is present in your interactions with guests and talent
·  Ensure grooming standards are met with clean uniform and neat personal appearance
