The Resort comprises over 300 guest rooms, suites and villas, 4 award winning restaurants and bars and a luxurious Resort spa and health club, all in an absolute beachfront environment surrounded by lush tropical sparkling lagoons.

Oasis Pool Bar at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Gold Coast is for the exclusive use of in-house guests who wish to relax by the pool, select from a delicious lunch menu, enjoy a refreshing ice cream, or sip a delicious cocktail while experiencing our sensational lounge-chair service.

Job Description

The Oasis Pool Concierge will be required to maintain the overall atmosphere of the pool bar area to ensure a pleasant experience for our guests. The duties of this role will include but are not limited to:

- Monitor and tidy up the pool area

- Supervise and control misuse of pool facilities

- Report any issues which may arise

- Assist in Food & Beverage Service as required

- Filling the towel cupboard, water station and other duties as required

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be energetic, friendly, organized, enjoy working in a team environment and be passionate to provide the highest level of customer service. All candidates must be available to work a rotating roster including holidays and weekends. This will be a part time Summer contract.
