.. as Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) for the newly opened Munich Marriott City West. The position also allows pro rata work in the home office and is possible in full & part time.

Who we are looking for...

Can you easily find your way around the tax and social security jungle and nothing escapes your trained eye? Have you gained solid experience in preparatory payroll accounting? Thanks to your care and your great understanding of accounting, you always keep an overview and are a competent contact person for all wage and salary matters. 

What your responsibilities are...

·  You take care of the recording of variable wage data (vacation, working hours, sick days, etc.) to guarantee a punctual and correct salary payment for our employees
·  You are the contact person for our time recording system and calculate the hours and bonuses on a monthly basis
·  You post the monthly salary and contract changes in the integrated recruiting & payroll system
·  Nothing escapes your trained eye: checking payroll accounting is the be-all and end-all.
·  With the help of the HR team, you transmit all payroll data to our national payroll office to make the payments
·  You communicate with health insurance companies and social security institutions
·  If there are any questions about wages, you are immediately available with advice and ideas.
·  You know labor, payroll tax and social security law inside out and you make sure that the latest changes to German laws and guidelines regarding payroll are available and in place.
·  You prepare payroll information for external auditors and consultants
·  You create reports & statistics
·  You are absolutely trustworthy and all confidential data is safe with you
·  You take on project tasks and contribute your own ideas

·  You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and already have relevant experience in the area of payroll accounting.
·  Your diligence and high standards show in everything you do
·  You are a communication talent with very good German and English skills
·  Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
·  You have a valid work permit for Germany
