POSITION SUMMARY
In the role of Pastry Chef de Partie you will specialize in managing a specific section of confectionery production.
You will be responsible for:
· supervising and training the team;
· preparation of recipes and baking of cakes and desserts;
· quality control;
· inventory and ingredient management;
· creation of new recipes;
· maintaining cleanliness and hygiene;
Skills required:
· creativity and accuracy;
· organizational skills;
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of related work experience.
