Job description

POSITION SUMMARY

 

Prepare y cocine los alimentos de acuerdo con recetas, estándares de calidad y 
presentación, y listas de verificación de preparación de alimentos. Prepare los ingredientes para 
cocinar, incluyendo porciones, picar y almacenar los alimentos antes de usarlos. Use de manera 
segura y adecuada herramientas/equipos/aparatos para hornear y medir para preparar alimentos 
horneados. Seguir y garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de manipulación 
de la seguridad alimentaria, incluidos los procedimientos de higiene personal. Verifique y 
asegure las temperaturas correctas de los electrodomésticos de cocina y los alimentos, e informe 
los problemas a la gerencia. Lave y desinfecte el área de la cocina; instalación y desmontaje del 
puesto de trabajo; y seguir y garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de saneamiento y 
limpieza. Controle la calidad de los alimentos preparados y las porciones servidas durante todo 
el turno.

Seguir todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa, incluida la seguridad; reportar 
accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo inseguras al gerente; Capacitación y certificaciones 
completas de seguridad. Asegúrese de que la apariencia uniforme y personal sea limpia y 
profesional; mantener la confidencialidad de la información patentada; Proteger los activos de la 
empresa. Hable con otros usando un lenguaje claro y profesional y responda los teléfonos 
usando la etiqueta apropiada. Desarrollar y mantener relaciones de trabajo positivas con los 
demás y apoyar al equipo para alcanzar objetivos comunes. Cumplir con las expectativas y 
estándares de calidad. Mueva, levante, cargue, empuje, tire y coloque objetos que pesen menos 
o igual a 25 libras sin ayuda. Muévase sobre superficies inclinadas, irregulares o 
resbaladizas. Alcance por encima de la cabeza y por debajo de las rodillas, incluyendo doblarse, 
torcerse, tirar y agacharse. Párese, siéntese o camine durante un período prolongado de tiempo. 
Realizar otras tareas laborales razonables según lo solicitado por los Supervisores.

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: Less than 1-year related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
