The impact you’ll make

First impressions are everything. And you’ll set the tone for every guest’s stay. When a guest walks into our Hotel – imagine that first look around they take, followed by that sigh of relief because they’ve arrived to their home away from home, be it for a night or a week, and it’s perfect. Everything is working just the way it should. 

 

What you’ll do

·  Work on a preventative maintenance programme for painting and decorating around the hotel in public areas, back of house and guest rooms 
·  You will be an excellent communicator and build excellent relationships with departments across the hotel
·  Report on any new or developing engineering works that need to be addressed to the Engineering Manager
·  Assist with energy saving and green initiatives within the hotel 
·  Assist with inventory organisation and ordering

What we’re looking for

·   A warm, people-oriented demeanor
·  A team-first attitude 
·  A gift for paying attention to the smallest details 
·  Experience in a similar role 
·  A plumbing or electrical qualification is an advantage but not compulsory
