What are your responsibilities? 

The Painter function is a versatile and varied function in which you work closely with the employees of Engineering. Together you are responsible for keeping the hotel in top condition; you ensure that the building and inventory look well cared for. As a painter you will be involved in painting, wallpapering and refurbishing furniture. You will regularly walk through the building to ensure they are in top condition, with our guest quarters being a top priority. You will plan and organize the maintenance work yourself.

You will have your own painting workshop where you are expected to keep it clean and organized and that you apply a paint system and you ensure that there are always sufficient paint and paint materials in stock to be able to continue to carry out maintenance work.

Our luxury hotel, located across from Leidseplein's fine dining, shopping and entertainment, is a 5-minute walk to many attractions including the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum. In the morning visit the Vondelpark for a relaxing walk or run or go to our on-site 24-hour health club for a great workout.
