JOB SUMMARY

This is a full-time on-site role as a Nikkei Specialty Chef De Cuisine located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Chef De Cuisine will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of Nikkei cuisine, managing kitchen operations, developing menu concepts, and ensuring high-quality food production on a daily basis.

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

Culinary expertise in Nikkei cuisine

Experience in kitchen management and menu development

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Creativity in food presentation and flavor combinations

Knowledge of Japanese and Peruvian culinary traditions

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Experience working in luxury hospitality establishments

Culinary degree or equivalent certification
