As a Guest Experience Expert , you’ll play a key role in making every stay special by providing warm, personalized service and sharing your knowledge of the local area.
What You’ll Do:

✔ Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring a seamless experience.
✔ Handle check-ins, check-outs, and operational tasks with efficiency and care.
✔ Respond to guest requests with enthusiasm and a problem-solving mindset.
✔ Share local insights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
✔ Maintain a professional appearance and uphold company standards.
What We Look For:
·  A positive, can-do attitude and passion for hospitality.
·  Ability to stay active—standing, walking, and handling light lifting (up to 10 lbs).
·  Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
·  Willingness to adapt and take on various responsibilities as needed. What You Need:
·   High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred).
·   No prior experience required—we’ll provide the training!
·   No supervisory experience needed.
