Night Receptionist

At Sheraton Heathrow Hotel, the guest experience doesn’t stop when the sun goes down. Our Night Receptionists play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for guests throughout the night. From late-night arrivals to early-morning departures, you will be the face of the hotel, providing outstanding service and handling key operational tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
What You’ll Do:
·  Greet and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
·  Handle guest inquiries, process reservations, and manage late-night requests.
·  Maintain security and ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
·  Conduct night audits, process reports, and manage financial transactions accurately.
·  Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations overnight. What We’re Looking For:
·  A dependable and detail-oriented individual with a passion for hospitality.
·  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
·  Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
·  A commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and upholding brand standards.
·  The ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Experience: No prior experience required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Supervisory Experience: None.

License or Certification: Not required.
