The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

What You'll Do:
As our Night Auditor, you'll be the heartbeat of our hotel during the nighttime hours. Your responsibilities will include:
Deliver Outstanding Service: Greet guests with a friendly and warm demeanor, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and handle any inquiries or complaints professionally.
Balance the Books: Perform nightly audits of all hotel and restaurant transactions, balance cash receipts, and prepare accurate reports.
Prepare for the Day Ahead: Reset the day's business, prepare the front office for the morning shift, and ensure all wake-up calls are properly handled.
Lead the Night Shift: Act as the Manager on Duty, handling emergencies and ensuring smooth operations throughout the night.
Communicate and Collaborate: Participate in front office meetings and training programs, and work closely with other departments as needed.
Maintain Confidentiality: Protect the privacy of our guests and the security of hotel information.
Support Operations: Assist with Food & Beverage operations, act as the PBX operator, and take the initiative to perform necessary tasks.

Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Physical Readiness: Ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
Team Player: Eager to assist in other areas and cross-train to support the team.
Qualifications:
Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required—we value a willingness to learn!
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions responsibly.
Ability to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
