Job Summary

Night Front Office Host - Role

As our new Night Auditor, you will be responsible for:

·  Supporting the daily operation in line with brand standards
·  Processing check ins, check outs, guest requests and enquiries and room service orders
·  Processing Night Audit
·  Ensuring the safety and security of our guests at night
·  Focusing on delivering exceptional standards of customer service
·  Cash and Key security and control
