The first impression counts - even at night - and that first impression is you. You give our guests a warm welcome and you are at their side with advice and practical help in all matters relating to their stay. You pay attention to security in the hotel during the night, conduct security tours and carry out administrative work.
This is what your nights look like:
· Taking Care of our international guests, from the greeting to the farewell
· Check-in, check-out and telephone support
· Creation of the daily closing, various statistics and reports
· Compliance with all (safety) technical standards and guidelines
· Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure that everything runs smoothly
· Conducting safety- & security tours
What we expect from you:
· Professional experience in the upscale hotel industry in the area of night audit
· Very good knowledge of German and English
· MS Office knowledge
· Opera (hotel system) knowledge
· Class B drivers license
· Excellent manners and first class appearance
· Friendly, open-minded, team-oriented personality
· Service-oriented thinking and acting
· Reliability, a sense of responsibility and independence
· Very good teamwork skills and an eye for detail
· A positive outlook on life, open-mindedness and a friendly nature

This employment is classified in the collective agreement of the hotel industry in occupational group 3, the actual salary is of course based on your qualifications and will be overpaid.
For this position, we can offer you an inexpensive apartment near the hotel, so that you can arrive in peace during the first weeks.
