Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, EPDG Hospitality Management Group B.V. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

 

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and month-end closing processes
– Monitor cash flows, manage payables/receivables, and ensure audit readiness
– Act as primary contact for external auditors and oversee internal control procedures
– Oversee daily accounting operations, night audit, asset register, and payroll review
– Deliver timely and accurate financial reports and analysis that guide decision-making

– Degree in Finance or Accounting; RA/CPA preferred
– 3+ years of finance leadership experience, ideally in hospitality
– Expertise in Dutch GAAP, BW Curacao, and local tax laws
– Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
– Clear communicator and confident decision-maker
– A natural leader with excellent management and mentorship skills
– A confident communicator who can translate numbers into meaningful insights
– Someone who is organized, analytical, and detail-oriented but also approachable and collaborative
– A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
– A commitment to integrity, discretion, and professionalism in all financial dealings
