You are an absolute numbers person, in love with detail and are only satisfied when all the analyses are right. You like to optimize and develop strategies while always keeping an eye on profitability and growth. You are responsible for three Munich Marriott hotels: the newly opened Munich Marriott Hotel City West, the Munich Marriott Hotel and the Courtyard by Marriott Munich City Center and would like to be significantly responsible for the company's performance and support us in our efforts to grow further in the Munich hotel market. You will be an important part of our long-term success and at the same time have the opportunity to continuously expand your knowledge and skills.

We are looking for a full-time Multi-Property Director of Revenue Strategy (m/f/d) to join our Executive Committee as soon as possible.

This is what your day will look like:

·  Analyzing data, creating reports, charts and tables for management and the corporate office
·  Developing strategies to maximize room revenue and market share
·  Forecasting future booking demand, managing demand and setting controls
·  Creating, designing and implementing sales and pricing strategies in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing
·  Actively supporting the budget process and preparing the forecast in collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing - Monitoring the forecasting and budgeting processes for the three hotels
·  Implementation and monitoring of market developments and the hotels' pricing strategies
·  Preparation of the monthly month-end report
·  Reporting to three general managers of the respective hotels 
·  Setting employee targets and conducting on-the-job coaching and employee appraisals 
·  Responsibility for recruiting new colleagues and developing your team

What we are looking for from you:

·  Several years of experience in a similar position in revenue management
·  Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
·  Outstanding knowledge of the hotel industry
·  Excellent communication skills in English and German 
·  Excellent leadership skills
·  Team player with a modern leadership style and hands-on mentality supported by strong communication skills
·  Willingness to exceed expectations and achieve results
