Job description
POSITION SUMMARY
· Create and execute on-brand content to support in-house marketing initiatives across the resort, restaurants, spa, and athletic club.
· Execute photography and videography for F&B outlets, hotel facilities, events, activations, and lifestyle experiences as per approved briefs.
· Capture, edit, and deliver short-form videos (including Instagram Reels and Stories) to support promotions and ongoing content requirements.
· Execute graphic-based content adaptations for digital and in-house platforms, working from approved templates and brand guidelines.
· Support online platforms with execution of content for HTML pages, digital banners, and third-party websites as required.
· Adapt and optimize approved content across multiple channels including social media, in-house TV, digital screens, print, and online platforms.
· Ensure all content (graphic, photographic, video, and written) adheres strictly to brand standards, tone of voice, and visual identity.
· Produce marketing materials including, but not limited to, social assets, promotional visuals, short-form videos, electronic brochures, presentations, and in-house collateral that reflect the brand’s image and style.
· Work closely with the Art & Design Manager and Director of Marketing to execute creative deliverables in line with approved concepts and timelines.
· Execute content for promotions and events with a clear understanding of customer demographics and brand positioning.
· Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and archives, ensuring correct usage and version control of all content.
· Execute production tasks including photography, filming, basic lighting, editing, retouching, color correction, formatting, and final exports for multiple platforms.
· Support all departments with execution of content to maintain brand standards across menus, signage, event materials, digital assets, and in-house communications.
· Provide graphic, photography, and video support for Sales & Marketing initiatives, corporate events, and partnerships.
· Ensure all collaterals and visual content comply with Marriott brand standards, securing approvals from the relevant brand teams when required.
· Coordinate with suppliers, photographers, videographers, and printers to ensure all deliverables are executed accurately and on time.
· Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
· Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
· Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
· Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
· Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
· Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
· Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
· Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
