Pozíció Leírás

 

·  Irányítsa és segítse a konyhai kisegítőket a hatékonyabb takarítás érdekében. 
·  Biztosítsa, hogy a víz hőmérséklete és a vegyszerek mennyisége megfelelő legyen a tisztításhoz, és dokumentálja ezeket. 
·  Segítsen a bankett tálalásában. 
·  Támogassa a szakácsokat és a konyhai személyzetet különböző feladatokban, amennyiben szükséges. 
·  Biztosítsa a szakácsok számára a szükséges eszközöket és alapanyagokat. 
·  Segítse a bankett- és svédasztalos rendezvényeket az utánpótlás szállításával és biztosításával. 
·  Helyezze vissza a megtisztított eszközöket a megfelelő helyükre. Kezelje és tartsa karban a tisztítóberendezéseket.

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None
