Job description
Key Responsibilities:
· Cocktail Crafting : Design, develop, and execute classic and signature cocktails, ensuring consistency and high standards for taste and presentation.
· Customer Engagement : Engage with guests, understand preferences, recommend drinks, and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
· Bar Operations : Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar, managing inventory, ordering supplies, and adhering to hygiene standards.
· Inventory & Stock : Monitor and manage stock levels for spirits, liqueurs, garnishes, and other bar essentials; prepare fresh garnishes.
· Menu Development : Contribute to seasonal menus, creating new recipes and specials to enhance offerings and drive sales.
· Staff Training : Train and mentor junior bartenders on techniques, recipes, and service standards.
· Compliance : Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Technical Skills : Deep knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, mixology techniques, and flavor profiles; proficiency in drink preparation and presentation.
· Soft Skills : Creativity, excellent customer service, strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and teamwork.
· Experience : Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist.
