Desired profile

Qualifications :

** Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years experience in a large resort environment with multiple F&B outlets or related experience
** Candidates must possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Birchstreet programs
** Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience managing a large workforce including managing schedules and staff training
** Candidate must have a proven track record in store room organization and have implemented additional projects to enhance the logistics of the resort
** Candidates must possess food & beverage purchasing knowledge
** Experience working in the Caribbean required
