JOB SUMMARY
Manages all the tactical technology services for assigned CEC locations. Supports the strategic direction of CEC technology initiatives. Leads assigned Associate & Site Services teams. Understands and develops support skills in his/her regional teams required for multiple platforms, environments & emerging technologies. Effectively understands server and storage infrastructure, supporting the Server Admin team by setting strategy, handling contracts, and hardware acquisition. Serves as an IT escalation point between CEC Operations and technology support teams across the enterprise.
Education and Experience
· Diploma / Degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Technology, or related major with > 6 years of relevant experience, demonstrating progressive career growth, and a pattern of exceptional performance.
· > 3 years of experience in all aspect of CEC infrastructure and technical support, including items such as UPS, Servers, Cisco switches, and networking.
· Project Management Training and experience, including the use of JIRA a plus.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
· Understanding the CEC operations’ strategy, objectives, goals, key business issues and priorities.
· Manages day-to-day IT Support to on-premises and remote associates ensuring SLA targets are met.
· Pro-active monitor & manages the CEC IT infrastructure ensuring system stability and reliability.
· Responsible for IT procurements including coordinating capital purchases and regular reporting.
· Builds effective support team, systems groups with the appropriate skills to identify and meet client needs, building business relationships with operations leadership, and ensuring the resources required to meet operational needs are provided in a cohesive and timely manner.
· Responsible for all work performed by assigned IT teams and fosters the development of high professional standards for systems.
· Identifies training needs for IT team members in each region.
· Acts as a key regional liaison for CEC Operational leaders for local technology requirements.
· Provides performance reporting for technical operations KPI’s.
· Supports the Server Admin team by setting strategy, handling contracts, and hardware procurement.
· Acts as a Liaison between Core Upper Management and implement teams on those strategies. Identifies Risks at implementation levels and provide feedback to upper management, contributes to the effective design of those strategies

· Solicits employee feedback.
· Interviews job candidates and assists in making hiring decisions.
· Receives hiring recommendations from team supervisors.
· Ensures orientations for new team members are thorough and completed in a timely fashion.
· Observes behaviors of employees and provides feedback to individuals.
