Mandarin Speaking Executive

Job description

The Mandarin-Speaking Executive will serve as a key point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, guests, or partners. This role is responsible for ensuring effective communication, delivering exceptional service, and supporting business operations by bridging cultural and language gaps.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking clients, guests, or partners.

Provide translation and interpretation support (verbal and written) as required.

Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from Mandarin-speaking customers with professionalism.

Support the team in building and maintaining strong relationships with the Chinese-speaking market segment.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Translate documents, marketing materials, or contracts as required.

Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions.

Stay updated on cultural trends and practices relevant to Mandarin-speaking customers.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or related field (preferred).

Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cultural sensitivity.

Customer-focused, with proven ability to deliver high-quality service.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant systems.

Prior experience in hospitality, guest relations, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
