Job Summary

To provide leadership and direction to foster exceptional service commitment within the restaurant service operation. Develop Standards & Procedures in keeping with the hotel policies and procedures and ensure all the staffs carry out the tasks according to the S&P. Accountable for the operational success of flawless details and profitability while ensuring staff are adequately trained to create the lasting impressions of bespoke service and unique product delivery.

Continually improving and enhancing service standards, and manage the development and implementation of guest service strategies. Direct coaching and supervision of all restaurant staff to ensure the highest standards of service and attentiveness to guests' needs in the entire dining experience where no details are overlooked.

Monitor and ensure the quality of service delivery by using different measurements and maintain a healthy bar profit & loss statement. Participate in the preparation of strategic plans and operation plans. Consult with Culinary Department regarding menu planning and delivery of service and have total knowledge & understanding of Food Preparation Standard & Procedure.

Job Requirements

·  Basic Housekeeping and F&B knowledge.
·  Good Command of English skills (written & verbal).
·  Fine Dining and Western experience is desirable.
·  Creative and innovative in relation to the food & beverage trends.
·  Good leadership skills, training conducting skills and communication skills.
·  Working experience in a similar position in a 5 Star Hotel for 2-3 years or independent restaurant well established.
