JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Paid Media Manager to serve as a strategic partner for internal campaign owners. You will be responsible for providing cross-channel media strategies, executing campaigns, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your role will require a holistic view of paid media, especially performance media and metrics, the ability to translate data into actionable insights, and strong collaboration skills to drive growth.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
· Experience: 3-5 years in paid media, especially performance media with hands-on experience in cross-channel campaigns (search, programmatic, social). Experience in internal collaboration or agency environments serving multiple business lines is preferred.
· Technical skills: Proficiency in Tencent GDT & YLH, RED Juguang, Baidu SEM, Douyin Ads, Google & Meta, etc. and strong data analysis skills.
· Core competencies: strategic thinking with ability to develop long-term media strategies; excellent interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders' communication and collaboration; problem-solving and resilient.
· Education & certification: bachelor's degree. Certifications such as Google Ads, Tencent or Douyin credentials are a plus.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
· Strategic planning & advisory: closely collaborate with internal campaign owners to understand business goals and develop data-driven media strategies includes search and programmatic display. Provide strategic recommendations on budget allocation, audience targeting, and creative insights to maximize ROI.
· End-to-end campaign management: manage and co-operate with our agency partners on campaign execution and optimization across platforms (e.g., Tencent, Baidu, RED, Google & Meta, DSPs) to achieve KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROI, new acquisition). Also design and implement pilots to explore more opportunities and meet business needs.
· Performance tracking & data analysis: analyze campaign performance to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
· Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with internal marketing, loyalty and digital teams, as well as external media partners to ensure media strategies align with overall business goals.
· Innovation & industry trends: stay updated on digital media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to test new strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
