WELCOME TO WESTIN

The Westin and Four Points by Sheraton is hiring a Complex Manager on Duty,  Join the professional and dynamic Front Office team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Complex Rooms Division Manager and oversee the daily operations of our Rooms department. You will be a forward thinker, promoting and activating our venues with innovation, engagement, and leadership whilst striving to ensure guest satisfaction. You will have strong operational knowledge and the ability to share your knowledge with our associates to ensure they are empowered and knowledgeable in all things to be the best they can be. 

Your primary responsibility will be supporting the Front Office team by managing arrivals and departures and facilitating smooth check-in and check-out processes. Effectively handle guest complaints and welcome our Marriott Bonvoy members by creating exceptional guest experiences. In the absence of the leadership team, you will act as the first responder and Chief Warden and be responsible for ensuring guests safety.

 

Who you are and what you need:

·  You will anticipate guests' service needs
·  You will maintain customer loyalty and develop a strong following
·  Outstanding relationship building skills
·  Excellent customer service experience
·  Have at least 2 years of experience preferably within a high-volume environment
·  Opera experience is highly desirable
·  Hands on leadership approach with a focus on developing our associates 
·  Confidence and skills to up sell and promote our venues
·  Ensure prompt resolution of any guest complaints, reporting any issues and recommending solutions
·  Passion for the Hospitality Industry
·  Learn, think and grow and continue to evolve in your role
·  Maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
·  RMLV certificate is highly desirable
