Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, The QHotels Collection. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

What will I do?

Leading by example, you will maintain the upkeep of the hotel and grounds, ensuring reactive and preventative maintenance is actioned. Make sure the hotel is safe and functional at all times, carry out regular checks and testing, being sure to address any health & safety concerns with the utmost urgency.

Is this the role for me?

Previous maintenance or facilities management experience
Have worked in a similar role within a hospitality environment
Standards driven
Strong compliance and legislation knowledge
People management experience
Project management
Relevant qualifications (health & safety, trade qualifications) preferrable, not essential
