This is what your day looks like 

·  Responsible for a smooth workflow of the entire kitchen area
·  Substitute for the Executive (Sous) Chef in his absence
·  Responsible handling of all kitchen utensils
·  Maintaining a high standard by constant quality control
·  Instructing and training employees and apprentices
·  Ensuring hygiene regulations according to HACCP standards
·  Receipt of goods and control of quality and quantity

 

This is what we expect from you 

·  A successfully completed vocational training as a cook
·  Several years of professional experience in the 5-star hotel industry or in the fine-dining gastronomy
·  Craftsmanship and attention to detail
·  Creativity and commitment
·  Reliability, sense of responsibility and independence
·  Very good team skills and an eye for detail 
·  A positive attitude towards life, open-mindedness and a friendly nature
