Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a Pastry Intern to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan.
Reporting to the Pastry Chef, during your internship you will assist our pastry team by contributing to the daily activities of the kitchen:
· This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
· The starting date is estimated in October.

What you’ll do
· As a Pastry Intern, you will support our pastry team in daily operations and gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen environment. Your responsibilities will include:
· Assisting the Pastry Chef de Partie and Pastry Sous Chef with the assigned station
· Preparing ingredients according to recipes and kitchen guidelines
· Checking temperatures and ensuring proper food handling techniques
· Using kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
· Cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces and storage containers
· Ensuring stations are stocked and well-organized throughout service
· Following Standard Operating Procedures and brand guidelines
· Complying with all hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards
