Job description
Purpose of Role
Responsible for serving food and beverage items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional and timely manner.
Responsibly Description
-Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques.
-Perform as per SOS (sequence of service).
-Demonstrate Whatever/Whenever attitude in response to guest request
-Control guest checks and secure proper payment.
-Follow all company policies and procedures.
