DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As an intern of the Enterprise Partnerships & Cards department, the intern will assist the team in supporting the new development of partnerships, optimization & reporting of existing partnerships in APEC.

Key tasks for the intern: 
1)    Monthly performance reporting of existing partnerships in APEC 
2)    Development support for upcoming partnerships 
3)    Competition landscape analysis 
4)    Support launch planning, operational coordination & on ground activation

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

You should be a high-potential intern who is passionate, committed and keen to establish a career in the hospitality industry with the following attributes: 
•    Possess strong ethical values and behavior 
•    Creative, driven and having an inquisitive mindset
•    Resourceful in solving issues and problems, leveraging resource to get resources
•    Good use of IT software, hardware, other media forms is a plus.  
•    Excellent utilization of MS Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access 
•    Ability to work independently and take initiative, strong time management skills
•    Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a collaborative work environment, especially in a multicultural team, and with all departments – both above property and at the hotels 
•    Effective written and verbal communication skills, creating an environment allowing timely information flows throughout the organization
