CANDIDATE PROFILE
· Candidate must be currently enrolled in a university or hotel school degree program at time of application.
· University or Hotel School undergraduates specializing and studying in hospitality related fields will be preferred for certain internship positions.
· For more specialist disciplines, for example those students pursuing business or similar related courses, consideration is also given for those related internship opportunities.
PREFERRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
· Pursuing a degree in data science, analytic or a related field.
· Excellent command of written and spoken English.
· Well versed in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
· Adaptable to fast paced work environment with new and changing responsibilities.
· Strong analytical, teamwork and organizational skills.
· Positive attitude and enthusiasm in the performance of responsibilities.
· Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ambitious, highly motivated and an ability to thrive in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment, and a high degree of accountability.
RESPONSIBILITIES + REQUIREMENTS
JOB SUMMARY
The Intern, Loyalty Compliance is a member of the APAC Compliance team, which provides support on the loyalty compliance training, loyalty program surprise audit, data forensic and fraud investigation.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
· Provide support to Senior Manager, Loyalty Program Training & Compliance APAC on research, data forensic, surprise audit and fraud investigation.
· Review audit tools and identify areas for improvement.
· Review the current process flow for data forensic and develop tools to facilitate the audit and fraud investigation.
· Handle any ad-hoc assignments and projects as requested.
