Qualifications :

Job Summary

Offers hands-on experience in the exciting world of hotel operations and hospitality, necessary to prepare for and develop a career path within Marriott International's portfolio of brands.
·  To have understanding of different HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Associate Relations, Learning & Development, HR Partner and Compensations & Benefits.
·  To assist with the on boarding process and orientation of new associates.
·  Data input and handling HR related enquiries at the Connecting Hotspot (HR Services Center).
·  Be responsible for contacting and liaising with department on interview arrangements, and assisting in recruitment activities.
·  Assist in various HR ad hoc projects and HR events including recruitment fair, employee party, etc.
·  Assist in preparing different HR related reports.

Application Eligibility

·  Macao University or Hotel School undergraduates specializing and studying in hospitality related fields will be preferable.
