Job description
Role Summary
Join Marriott’s dynamic Digital and Marketing team as an Intern - Digital Field Marketing, supporting key digital initiatives to enhance visibility and engagement for our hotels across various platforms. In this role, you’ll contribute to SEO enhancements, optimize hotel content, manage digital assets, and collaborate on audits to ensure high content standards. This hands-on internship provides valuable experience in the hotel and digital marketing sectors, offering exposure to SEO, content management, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Programme Support
· Publish content optimization updates on EPIC and image optimizations on DAC for hotels in the programme.
· Open and track tickets for metadata, Yext, and Google My Business (GMB) updates.
· Conduct audits of Hotel Website (HWS) pages to confirm successful updates.
· Support administrative tasks such as generating reports, updating project documentation, and handling ad hoc tasks.
Content Management Support
· Conduct HWS audits, including twice-yearly Tier 0 mini audits and quarterly OTA score checks, to identify areas for improvement.
· Manage and update content, including:
· Reviewing and updating hotel images on DAC.
· Refreshing outdated PDFs, menus, content, and events.
· Coordinating content updates via EPIC, mPortal, and Client Community.
· Ensuring accurate image and content representation on OTAs and Tripadvisor.
Other Responsibilities
· Generate reports and provide ad hoc project support as needed for Tier 0 and standalone package hotels.
