CORPORATE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Key responsibilities include:

Support strategic planning and pull-through of all Select / Premium / Luxury Brand initiatives and programs relevant to the region.
·
Think creatively and practically to support the development, planning, and implementation of Brand programming or initiatives.
·
Develop impactful presentations and reports and collaborate with stakeholders and maintain organized documentation.
·
Support key stakeholders on key openings and focus hotels within the Select / Premium/ Luxury brand portfolio.
·
Assist with the design and preparation of statistical reports as required.
·
Produce and distribute team correspondence, presentations, and other related documents as required.
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
We are looking for university student who is passionate, committed, and keen to establish a career in the Brand Management discipline with the following attributes:

Excellent command of written and spoken English
·
Strong analytical, teamwork and organizational skills.
·
Visibility and general understanding on the implementation and execution of brand management activities and brand operations.
·
Knowledge of Marriott lodging products, cultures, and brands.
·
Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-sensitive.
·
Proficient in Microsoft Office (namely Excel and PowerPoint, Smartsheet and other project management tools would be an added advantage).
·
Positive attitude and enthusiasm in the performance of responsibilities
·
Ambitious, highly motivated and an ability to thrive in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment, and a high degree of accountability.
·
Ability to develop and maintain relationships e.g., associates, customers, owners, agencies, partners.
·
Ability to design and implement tracking systems for documents and spreadsheets.
QUALIFICATION STANDARD
Education:
Undergraduate in Social Sciences, Business Management, Economics or Marketing preferred
Requirements:
Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass / work holiday pass
Eligible for undergraduate in a Singapore registered university program / undergraduate or graduate of a university in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom or United States.
Prepared to commit to a six months’ internship
Grooming:
All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Marriott standards.
