POSITION PURPOSE
Assist the Human Resources team in the general organization of human resources department and services to the employees and in the day-to-day operations by carrying out various administrative tasks. Replace the Human Resources Manager during her absence.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Respond to applications
· Prepare contracts/employment certificates
· Prepare new employee files and introduce them to the hotel
· Assist employees with administration
· Follow up on medical/incapacity certificates
· Report and follow up on worker's compensation administration
· Handle requests and correspondence from interim agencies
· File and organize daily paperwork
· Organize staff celebrations (staff party, birthday, retirement, Christmas etc.)

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Languages: French and English (Dutch is a plus)
· Motivation, good communication skills and flexibility
· Interest in responsibility and autonomy
