We are looking for motivated team players who have a knack for people in order to optimise employee satisfaction.

We are looking for a full-time Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

This is what your day will look like:

·  Contact person for our employees, trainees, temporary staff and interns
·  Internal communication with all other departments
·  Preparation of onboarding and offboarding
·  Preparation of payroll accounting
·  Support in recruiting and the creation of social media content
·  Support in the organisation and planning of internal and external training courses
·  Planning and supervision of employee and trainee events and our wellbeing programme

What we want from you:

·  Successfully completed training in the hotel industry
·  First professional experience in the HR department, ideally in the service sector, is desirable
·  Very good written and spoken German and English skills
·  Very good communication skills
·  Very good knowledge of the common Office programmes
·  Organisational talent
·  Creativity in the area of employee events
