Human Resources Generalist (Hungarian Speaker)

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsibilities
·  Participate in payroll preparation
·  Support the HR team with daily tasks
·  Assist and participate in trainings
·  Coordinate employee engagement surveys 
·  Organize internal events
·  Coordinate performance evaluations
·  Support recruitment from advertising vacancies to interview candidates
·  Participate in implementing and creating hotel policies
·  Mentor and coordinate HR trainee Requirements
·  At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar field
·  Confident communication skills
·  Excellent organizational skills
·  Ability to work independently
·  Fluent in English and Hungarian Advantages
·  Experience in the hotel industry
·  Experience in luxury environment What We Offer
