Build upon your classroom studies through our Hotel Internship Program opportunities. You will learn first-hand about a hotel's operations. Our Hotel Internship Program allows you to truly experience the industry from the ground up, where our founders and many of our leaders began. You will get immersed in Marriott's culture and business and find your true calling in the travel industry. Our internships are typically available in many different areas of the hotel. Duties & requirements

The intern will be supporting with the daily administrative tasks of the HR department.  S/he will be involved in recruitment and selection, training and development of prospective and current employees as well as various HR projects related to reward and recognition, enhancement of employee morale and motivation.  S/he will also have the opportunity to attend and participate in HR meetings and daily hotel briefings, as well as support with the organization of HR Events.

Prospective applicants need to be available for a minimum of five-to-six-month period 

Students need to have a good background in HR/ administration/ business and preferably following a course in a related field

We are looking for interns with a positive attitude, who are willing to learn and progress further

Our Offer:

Selected interns will receive a gross monthly allowance of €835.  10% will be deducted as National Insurance.

Interns are also entitled to a daily meal when on duty

Interns can opt to stay in a shared room in the students’ accommodation which is located on hotel grounds.  Interns staying in the students’ accommodation will have access to a common kitchen, living and laundry areas. The monthly cost for accommodation is €230

The interns will receive the required on the job and classroom training

Students are expected to work the standard 40-hour week.
