The Hotels of Grande Bretagne and King George are two of the most historic hotels of Athens, international renown for services and attention to our customer experience, included in the LAMPSA S.A. Our Human Resources team seeks to fill the position of:
HR Executive, Recruitment
The associate will be reporting to the Multi Property Director of People Development & Learning
Duties and Responsibilities to include:
· Support in the Talent Acquisition cycle: development, execution, and implementation of effective recruitment strategies to attract top hospitality talent, including on and off Career days.
· Support in employer branding activities and strategies.
· Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, as well as the screening, interviewing, and on-boarding process.
· Coordinate internship programs and candidates, as well as school visits and career day events
· Support Hiring Managers to plan their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
· Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source candidates.
· Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers.
· Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings, practise dynamic hiring.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
· Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
· Assist in Associate paperwork, and follow-up on all needed documentation for New Hires and active team.
· Support in all digital tasks on Government portal of Ergani, such as change of working schedules, support on submissions of New Hire, Contracting, and other tasks as designated by HR Leadership team.
· Support in all HR projects, as needed.
· Assist in Learning and Development activities, such as On-boarding preparations, and other key tasks.
· Assist in the preparation of relevant Internal communication and Announcements,
The successful candidate should possess the following knowledge, skills, and attributes.
· University Degree in a Human Resources, with preferable a Master’s certification
· ECDL certification with excellent knowledge of Excel, and PowerPoint
· Working knowledge of Government portal of Ergani from previous employment, as well as, SEPENET
· Working knowledge of an HR Program such as Pylon, SAP, or other HR software
· Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Recruitment Executive or in a similar role.
· Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
· Excellent command of the Greek language
· Excellent command English language certified at minimum of Proficiency level; more languages will be considered an asset.
· Strong people management skills
· Problem solving skills. A can-do attitude is a must.
· Organizing skills and coordination ability
· Strong Analytical skills
· Interpersonal communication skills, integrity, and commitment
· Ability to work on one’s own, with strong time management and project management skills.
· Strong team-work skills
