To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor (m/f/d) in full-time as soon as possible. 

This is what your day looks like: 

·  Responsibility for the order and cleanliness in our guest rooms and on the floors, the public areas of the hotel and the outdoor facilities.
·  Checking the rooms and public areas after cleaning, taking into account compliance with our high quality standards
·  Assisting the housekeeping management in managing the daily activities 
·  Coordinate room cleaning tasks and scheduling
·  Liaison person to coordinate the work of housekeeping, technical, front office and laundry departments 
·  Document and resolve dissenting room issues with the front desk 
·  Prepare, distribute and communicate changes in room assignments 
·  Provide information on available rooms that are ready for guest use

What we want from you: 

·  Several years of experience in housekeeping 
·  Ideally experience with Opera
·  A keen eye for detail 
·  Expert knowledge and handling of cleaning products 
·  A high level of commitment, a team-oriented approach to work and a strong service ethic
·  Friendly, courteous manner
·  Good knowledge of German and English
