What your responsibilities are...

·  You coordinate all housekeeping tasks and plan who cleans which rooms in cooperation with the Executive Housekeeper
·  You check the rooms and public areas after cleaning and make sure that everything meets our high standards
·  You notice if something is broken or missing and take the appropriate steps to fix it (e.g. inform the technical department)
·  You take care of guests' concerns or requests from the reception desk
·  You create reports about the arrivals & departures
·  You inform when free rooms are ready for the guest
·  You always think of new ways to inspire our guests

 

That's what we want from you....

·   You already have at least 2 years of experience as a housekeeping shift lead in an upscale hotel or have completed an apprenticeship in the hotel industry
·  Your strong awareness of quality and your high standards show in everything you do
·  You are a communication talent 
·  Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
·  Your professionalism paired with your self-confident appearance and charm inspire our guests every day
·  You hold a work permit for Germany/EU
