The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:

Housekeeping Supervisor

 

In this role, you work closely with our Housekeeping Manager and contribute with your hands-on mentality to the continuous implementation and improvement of our housekeeping standards.

 

Your tasks:

·  Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned to ensure quality standards
·  Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities
·  Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk
·  Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments
·  Coordination of various projects

 

Your Competencies:

·  professional experience in thehospitality industry

 

·  Professional experience as a housekeeping supervisor or in a similar position
·  Independent working methods and hands-on mentality
·  Very good knowledge of English and/or German (written and spoken)
·  Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
·  OPERA knowledge is advantageous
·  High operational readiness, flexibility and reliability
