Who we are looking for...

We want our guests to feel completely at home with us - and to achieve this, every little detail counts. From the first moment they enter their room, they should feel that they can look forward to a carefree stay. You will be happy to take care of the guests' wishes, both big and small, e.g. bringing them towels, cleaning the hallways and public areas, and preparing everything for your Housekeeping colleagues for the next day.

What your responsibilities are...

·  You take care of the small and big wishes of the guests and bring them the things they would like to have to the room as per instructions of the supervisors and the reception desk.
·  You take care of spontaneous and professional room cleaning
·  You clean the corridors and public areas
·  You fill the housekeeping trolleys of the cleaning teams, distribute the linen and refill the cleaning agents
·  You sort the clean linen and keep the linen storage in order
·  You take care of the collection of the dirty laundry
·  You notice when something is broken or missing and take the appropriate steps to fix it (e.g. inform technology)

·  You ideally already have experience in the cleaning and/or hotel sector
·  Your strong awareness of quality and your high standards are evident in everything you do
·  Your professionalism paired with your sympathetic appearance and charm inspire our guests every day
·  You hold a valid work permit for Germany/EU
