About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor to join our department. 

Main Responsibilities:

·  Carry out routine inspections in all areas of the hotel.
·  Assist in cleaning and re-supplying the given number of guest rooms and other areas of the hotel.
·  Ensure high level of communication with housekeeping team and other departments to resolve any room related queries.
·  Run reports for rooms sold, arrivals, departures and vacant rooms.
·  Prepare and distribute rooms to the housekeeping team on shift.
·  Carry out trainings for new starters and update all training records.
·  Guest satisfaction is the primary motto for this function.
·  Have a sound knowledge of all hotel products and services and actively recommend to our guests.

Minimum Requirements:

·  At least 1 year experience in a housekeeping supervisory and/or team leader role.
·  At least 3 years experience in housekeeping
·  A high attention to detail
·  Excellent time management and organizational skills
·  A can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
·  Physically fit
·  Strong communication and organizational skills
·  Flexible availability - including weekends and public holidays
·  Punctual and well-presented
·  Must be eligible to work in New Zealand on a work or residency visa or be a citizen
