Job description
Purpose of Role
Responsible for handling table reservations and effectively controlling the flow of guests. Provide a warm and friendly welcome and farewell to guests, lead and seating them at the table and answer the telephone.

-Provide a warm and friendly welcome and farewell to all guests as per the restaurant service standards.
-Answer all restaurant incoming calls, inform callers and take reservations.
-Whatever and whenever attitude to guest request.
